I recently spent a week at the Pousada, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my high expectations. The attentive staff went above and beyond in helping me locate my lost ID card, demonstrating a level of care and professionalism that I rarely encounter in hospitality. I was particularly impressed by the cozy atmosphere created by the effective heating and air conditioning-perfect for winding down after long days of exploring the stunning landscapes nearby. The beautifully decorated rooms, complete with comfortable beds and lovely garden views, provided a much-needed sanctuary, and I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a cup of evening tea.
